The Golden Gate - Jerusalem.

As many of you know I am a recently graduated law student and am currently studying for the bar. That being said, this will be my last post for several weeks.

I have been posting to this community for a little over a year now. I have really enjoyed getting to see your work and hear some of the personal stories that correspond with your photos. Because of that, I wanted to share this photo with you as a reminder of how personal photography can be. I think the expression says it all.

(And K, if you see this, I want you to know that I can't stop thinking about and sharing how amazing you are. This has not changed. If anything, it has grown. It is more true today than when I first posted.)

Okay, personal story done. Back to studies and, soon, back to photography.

Reason number 1 why I like the iPhone. I was coming home from studies and found this on my front door. My camera was inside. To get to it would mean to open the door and lose the shot. Enter the iPhone. Was still surprised by the detail captured.

All edits were also done on my iPhone. I was planning to get a point and shoot to carry around. Now that I have the iPhone, and it is capable of capturing like this, I think I will change that plan.
